This includes financial records, tax documents, and any other relevant information. You are responsible for maintaining adequate records and documentation to support tax positions. You must inform us promptly of any changes in circumstances that may affect our advice or services. Final responsibility for tax compliance and filing obligations remains with you as the taxpayer.
Our fees are based on the scope and complexity of services provided and will be communicated to you in advance through our service agreements or engagement letters. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment of fees. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
